Speech-to-speech on your terms.

Faster responses. Fewer hang-ups. More calls resolved without human intervention.

Prism is Rime's speech-to-speech model. It reasons over your callers' actual audio, understanding their tone as well as their words, and generates text you can check against your guardrails before it speaks.

Prism and your calls: a perfect match?

Fast enough to feel human, accurate enough to trust

Prism is fast and accurate out of the box: ahead of every realtime model from OpenAI and Google, and faster than all of them. Fine-tune it on your own calls and the gap widens.

Each dot is a speech-to-speech model on Artificial Analysis's τ-Voice benchmark. Up is more accurate, left is faster to start speaking, and rings mark models that had reasoning turned on. Prism gets to the top-left corner without it.

Speech-to-speech you can feel confident deploying

Fine tuning

Built for conversation, honed on yours

Generic models haven't learned your customers, products, or processes. Fine-tune Prism on your own call data, then measure its performance against the outcomes that matter to your business.
Your Prism Your calls Fine-tune Measure Deploy
guardrails

You see every word before it's spoken

Prism reasons directly over audio, then generates text before speech so that your application can check every response against its policies, guardrails, and required disclosures before the caller hears it.
deployment

Run it where your data lives

Deploy Prism on-premises, in your virtual private cloud (VPC), or in the cloud. Keep control over where your speech-to-speech model operates and how it fits into your existing infrastructure.

"Dialpad has been a design partner on Prism from the start. We’re looking forward to rolling it out across our agentic products."

"Prism's interactivity, interruption handling, and latency is terrific."

Revmo gave Rime about ten hours of production calls from its ordering agents. Prism, fine-tuned on those calls, was measured against the OpenAI model behind Revmo's agents on the same calls: how often the agent asked "shall I place it?" and got a yes before placing the order.

94%
Orders placed with the caller's consent, with Prism
57%
Orders placed with the caller's consent, with OpenAI

Built on the leading conversation-grade voices

Prism is for enterprises with high call volumes, in-house agent teams, and calls too sensitive to hand over to a model you can't control.
8%
Increase in completed orders for national restaurant chain
4x
Fewer hangups across all customers
42%
Increase in call containment for Fortune 500 financial services company

Built for teams that could only pilot speech-to-speech. Until now.

It learns from your real business data

Generic models guess at your policies, your products, your menu. Prism trains on your own calls, so accuracy, timing, and voice improve together. The result: more calls finished without a human.

You see every word before it's spoken

Prism writes text before it speaks. Your guardrails, policies, and required disclosures sit between the model and the caller. If your industry requires you to review what an AI says, this is the model you can actually deploy.

It runs where your data lives

On-prem, in your VPC, or in the cloud, with HIPAA compliance and SOC 2. The frontier realtime APIs are cloud-only. For many enterprise teams, that ends the conversation before it starts.

Frequently asked questions about Rime’s speech-to-speech model, Prism

Doesn't a text step make it a cascade?
No. A cascade reasons over a transcript and loses the caller's tone. Prism reasons over the audio and emits text so your rules can review every word before it becomes speech. The text is the output checkpoint, not the input to the reasoning.
Where does Prism run?
On-prem, in your VPC, or in the cloud. HIPAA and SOC 2. Telephony-ready.
